Medicus Insurance Company continues its innovation with a new service for its insureds. Medicus now offers automated payment of premiums. Electronic payment allows physicians to pay insurance premiums automatically through ACH debit from their bank accounts.

“Doctors have told us they want to be able to pay premium equally over 12 months,” said Mark Johnson, Chief Financial Officer for the company. “We listened to our insureds and now offer them easy, automated payments equally distributed over 12 months. This allows for simplified financial planning.” Medicus offers two other payment options as well—the option to make four quarterly payments, or one annual payment.

Medicus’ insured medical professionals may take advantage of this service immediately. There is no need to wait until policy renewal time. Medical professionals who are not currently insured by Medicus may contact Medicus for consultation with an agent about switching their policies to take advantage of this beneficial payment service.
